Due to modern advanced technologies the cylindrical valve produced by our company:
– Complies with two non-compatible requirements, one would think: it turns smoothly (without stops, keeping sealing surfaces undamaged) on the one hand, and ensures tight and safe contact of the plug and seat surfaces, providing metal-to-metal sealing, on the other hand.
– Quite different materials are used during valve production: brass, bronze, stainless and carbon steel, complex alloys and polymers. Operating environment can be different depending on the material selected in production: oil products, drill fluids and mortars, HCl of 12-24%, oil-field water.
– Low level of friction between the plug and inlets is achieved due to hi-tech lubrication by DESKO with temperature conditions of -46°С up to +204°С.
– The main advantage of out valve is that mediums with abrasive particles may flow through.
– To reduce pressure loss in the gate the valve is made full-way.
The valves can be delivered in 3 versions: assembled valve, valve body, valve repair kit.
