Valves for drilling pumps
Main advantage of our valves and seats is a modified design where we abandoned valve guides, introduced high carbon steel and proper thermal treatment as well as production of inserts from hi-tech materials.
- Today our company set up production of valves К-7.К-9, К-10 series providing advanced materials and innovative solutions. Performance characteristics of our ball-and-seat valves leave far behind local alternative products enabling to reduce time between repairs and repair costs.
- We abandoned split-design of the valve. Valve gate with a seal fastened in it has its lower guide of a four rods shape, the seat is made without an align cross-piece at that. Proper selection of materials and profile pattern ensures long and reliable operation of sealing components.
- Valves and seats may be manufactured of common carbon steel as well as of high alloy steel exposed to thermal treatment. Service life of ball-and seat valves depend on steel grade chosen.
- Valve sealing insert is made of advanced synthetic elastomer material featuring high resistance to multiple deformations, oil-and-petrol- and acid-resistance, having strength more than ten times greater comparing to rubber.
